1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Spectacle Studios Discord verification bot (“the Bot”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot allows users to voluntarily link their Discord account with their Roblox account for verification and community-related features within Spectacle Studios Discord servers.

The service is provided on a non-commercial basis.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service
• Comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use
• Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

We may request account verification if reasonably necessary to maintain community safety or integrity.

4. Voluntary Verification

In most cases, account linking is optional.

By choosing to verify:

• You confirm you are linking your own accounts
• You agree to the use of Roblox OAuth for authentication
• You acknowledge that limited account information will be shared for verification purposes

You are responsible for logging into the correct Roblox account during the verification process. For best results, you should authorize using the account you most frequently use and have consistent access to.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass verification systems
• Falsely link accounts that you do not control
• Use automation or exploit methods to manipulate verification
• Use the Bot for unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Bot

Violation of these Terms may result in loss of access to Spectacle services, such as our community servers or projects.

6. Server Benefits

Verified users may receive in-server benefits, such as experience boosts to quickly gain role-based permissions.

These benefits:

Are subject to change or removal at any time
Do not constitute ownership or monetary value
May be revoked if verification is removed

7. Data and Privacy

Use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that your Discord ID and Roblox ID will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

Continuous uptime
Error-free operation
Permanent availability of any feature

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot, or any portions of it at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Spectacle Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot.
We are not responsible for actions taken by Discord or Roblox.
We are not responsible for loss of in-server benefits or roles.

Your use of the Bot is at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Services

The Bot relies on third-party platforms including Discord and Roblox.

Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Spectacle Studios is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Revoke verification
• Restrict access
• Remove users from Spectacle servers
• Suspend or terminate Bot functionality

at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if required for community safety.

Users may stop using the Bot at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
